To perform a scan on the Boditrax scanner:

1. Log in or create an account.
2. Make sure your date of birth and sex are correct.
3. Press the "Scan" button.
4. Select your height and clothing option.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Step on the scale barefoot.
7. Hold the handgrips.
8. Release the handgrips.
9. Your scan is complete! View your results.
